Mt. Seeta Junior School – Kasangati was founded as a community initiative by David Tamale Mugerwa in 2017 with only a nursery school of three (3) classes. The school is located at Seeta; a village in Wampewo Parish, Nangabo Sub-county, Kasangati Town Council, Wakiso District – Uganda. The school has since progressed to a primary school with classes upto primary seven (7) now. We provide educational services with a holistic approach that has an involvement of the community.

Through the normal school curricula, the school provides its educational services with a highly motivated staff that uses a learner centeredness strategy to instill confidence within the learners. This is coupled with other programmes that emphasize the holistic holistic approach through the co-curricular activities such as Talent Identification & Development, Nurturing & Exposure in Sports, Information Technology, Fashion Design, Hair Dressing & Cosmetology, Carpentry and Metal Fabrication.

Wakiso district is a highly competitive area in the education sector of the economy with a very big number of schools and particularly primary schools. This competition requires each of the players to provide quality services.

The school therefore requires funding to scale up its operation that would have a positive impact on the community.
